1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tj999 Platform for any purpose, whether or not they have placed a wager or made a deposit.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the tj999 Platform, through which the Player may access betting services, casino games, and financial transaction functionality.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any monetary stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the tj999 Platform.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to amounts deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of wagers that a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" refers to UTC+6, the time zone applicable to the Platform's operational hours and promotional schedules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the registration process on tj999 and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the tj999 Platform, including but not limited to: browsing the Platform without an account, creating a Player Account, depositing funds, placing wagers, participating in promotions, using live chat support, and withdrawing funds.

3. Eligibility

Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings generated voided.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. tj999 does not guarantee that the Platform or its services are lawful in your specific location.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not accessing the Platform under duress or impairment that would affect your judgement as a bettor.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on tj999: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of tj999 or its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) any person who has been self-excluded from tj999 or any associated platform; (d) any person who has been permanently banned from the Platform for violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the tj999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, tj999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain all deposits and winnings pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Verification. tj999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. tj999 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password for your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tj999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your tj999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. All outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. tj999 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on tj999 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tj999 account within two (2) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to fifteen (15) minutes depending on your card issuer.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. tj999 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. For fraud prevention purposes, tj999 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. tj999 may request additional documentation if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.

5.6 Transaction Fees. tj999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond tj999's control. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details.

5.7 Declined Transactions. tj999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. tj999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.2 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to Players who have a fully verified tj999 account in good standing. tj999 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any specific promotion to certain player segments, geographic areas, or game categories at its sole discretion.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, Bonus Funds that have not been used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account will automatically expire and be removed from your balance.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions. tj999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated wagers, and close a Player's account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being abused. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploitation of software errors, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.

6.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonus Funds have no cash equivalent and may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for Real Money Funds except through the standard play-through process described in these Terms.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on tj999 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. tj999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers that exceed the applicable maximum stake for a given market.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on tj999. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, game type, event, and account status.

7.3 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event or game round as determined by the applicable governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, tj999's decision, made in consultation with the relevant data provider, shall be final.

7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by tj999 in the following circumstances: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being reached; (b) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; (c) the relevant event was subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account as Real Money Funds at the original stake value.

7.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to interruption due to data feed delays or connectivity issues. tj999 will make reasonable efforts to suspend markets promptly when a goal, wicket, or other significant event occurs, but accepts no liability for bets accepted during brief data lag periods.

7.6 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, tj999 reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. A "manifest error" is one where a reasonable person would immediately recognise the odds as being clearly wrong.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tj999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Using a payment method that you do not own or are not authorised to use.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by tj999.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location, if the purpose is to circumvent any applicable restriction.

8.2 tj999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any activity on the Platform that is suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities, and all associated account data will be provided as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the tj999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, images, audio clips, and page layouts — is the property of tj999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tj999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from tj999.

9.3 The tj999 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive intellectual property of tj999. Unauthorised use of the tj999 brand or any confusingly similar mark is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. tj999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available and operational at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be subject to temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or events beyond tj999's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider interruptions, or force majeure events.

10.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tj999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. tj999 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature; (c) losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that betting and gambling involve inherent financial risk. tj999 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of wagers placed on the Platform, provided that those wagers were accepted and settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game rules.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 tj999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by tj999. tj999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) tj999 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the Player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) the Player's continued use of the Platform presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to tj999; (e) the Player has been identified as a problem gambler and termination is in the Player's best interest.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Player's account: (a) all pending bets shall be settled in accordance with the applicable rules; (b) any outstanding Real Money Funds balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to tj999) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method; (c) Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases.

13.3 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

14. Amendments

14.1 tj999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14.2 Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, tj999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.3 Your continued use of the tj999 Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by our customer support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.2.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and tj999, you should first contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity (no less than fourteen (14) calendar days) to resolve the matter. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
